Internal Regulations of Qatar Youth Hostels

Declaration Title

I, the undersigned, agree to abide by the internal rules of the hostel, which include the following:

Guest Guidelines

• Pay accommodation fees in advance upon check-in and before any extension
• Reservation renewal or check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon
• Late check-out will require payment for a full additional day
• In the event of any price change during the stay, the guest must pay the price difference according to the applicable rate
• A security deposit of QAR 200 is required and will be refunded at check-out
• Maintain the cleanliness of the room and hostel facilities
• In shared rooms, guests must use only the assigned bed and locker
• Follow management instructions if a room change is required
• The hostel is not responsible for personal belongings
• Pets are not allowed inside the rooms
• Room cleaning cannot be refused for more than 3 consecutive days
• Visitors or friends are not allowed inside the rooms
• Respect Islamic customs and traditions and wear modest clothing
• Respect the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar
• In case of delayed payment, the hostel has the right to move the guest’s belongings to the luggage room
• No cash refund is allowed in case of cancellation except in force majeure cases
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon and check-in time is 14:00
• Management reserves the right to take necessary action in case of violations
• The hostel is not obligated to provide compensation for emergencies or circumstances beyond its control

Cleaning Policy

• Cleaning is performed every other day according to the room schedule
• Bed sheets, pillows, and covers are changed only upon request
• Rooms will not be entered if a 'Do Not Disturb' sign is placed
